Reports to: Program Coordinator
Position Responsibilities: Provides resources and support to participants in the OKOCC Wayfinders Program; Takes the initiative to provide outreach services to people and organizations in the community; Works with participants to assemble an individual plan for success and identify strategies for completion of the plan; Keeps accurate records of activities: successes and challenges; Provides a monthly report to the Program Coordinator; Takes care of materials, supplies and the physical environment; Maintains confidentiality as appropriate; Demonstrates a caring and nurturing environment; Sets appropriate boundaries with participants; Participates in OKOCC training opportunities; Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary; Experience with social services desired Reliable and insured transportation is required.
Hours and Rate of Pay: 25 hours/week: flexible hours to meet the needs of participants may be required. $23/hour
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability
